Clean room door (Flush System) - or cleanroom door system, the thickness of the frame and doors of the clean room is the same as the walls and is 80 mm. One-leaf doors with a standard height of 217 and widths of 80, 90, 100 can be ordered and delivered quickly.
Other non-standard sizes can also be ordered and provided. Another feature of these doors is having stainless steel hinges and handles. In this system, 0.6 mm, the back of the sheets is 5 micron thick with epoxy paint and the top is in two layers, the first layer is 5 micron thick epoxy paint and the second layer is 20 micron thick. It can be produced and supplied with polyester base colors in RAL 9002 color or other colors based on the customer's order. The interior of the sandwich panel is injected with polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m3.
